Everything you need to know about PaperBloom Prints

What types of Printing Services do you offer?

          We offer standard printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and laminating as well as large format printing, booklet printing/creation, coil binding or even making pamphlets and bookmarks! We have a variety of print equipment to work with as well so don't be afraid to ask about having more specific projects done here too!

What is your typical turnaround time for orders?

          Turnaround time tends to vary depending on the size of the order and the volume of clients coming in, but generally speaking most standard printing jobs (stapled packets, brochures, black and white prints or photo prints) can be done same day or next day while larger more time consuming orders (large laminating quantities and sizes, posters mounted on foamboard, canvas prints, complex editing jobs) can generally take 3-5 days depending on how busy we are.

Can I see samples of your previous work?

          We do have samples available in store and examples of blank templates here on our website, but for privacy reasons the only examples of previous jobs done in store are from customers who okayed them being added to our display table. 

 

What file formats do you accept for print jobs?

          The fastest to work with are going to be the standard PDF, PNG, and JPEG, though we do have Microsoft, Excel and Publisher as well. 

 

Do you provide design services or assistance with file preparation?

          We do indeed! We have options for assistance with simple edits and adjustments for $9.99/5min. or we can do full creations or large design appointments for $49.99 /hr.

What are your minimum and maximum order quantities?

          We don't have a minimum order quantity, if you need a single black and white page printed come on in; we do have a minimum fee of $2.50 in store which basically just entails that if your order is under $2.50 then the total will be $2.50. We don't have a maximum order quantity either, though orders large enough to go through all of our supplies may have to wait for them to be restocked.

How do I request a quote or place an order?

          For any pricing questions, concerns about orders or requesting a quote feel free to contact us through the store email print@printwithbloom.com, the phone number 559.339.0100, the "Let's Chat!" option at the bottom right of the screen or just hop on by the store and we'll help you out!

Are there any setup fees or additional charges I should be aware of?

          The only additional fee is the minimum fee of $2.50, which only applies to orders that are under $2.50 (approx. 14 Black and white copies or 4 color copies)

Do you offer Delivery of Shipping Services?

          We do offer Shipping Services through FedEx in store, both ground and express on weekdays. Feel free to come in and get a drop off receipt or have your label printed and box packed for a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

          We can take standard cash, cards, and digital wallet scanning as well as bitcoin, ethereum, solana and dogecoin.

Can you accomodate rush orders or same-day printing?

          We do offer same day printing for most services already (apart from large orders), but will also work with customers needing rush orders for an express fee. ​​

What is your policy on reprints or corrections if there is an error?

          If an error was made on an order on our end then of course we will reprint it to ensure it is done correctly; we can also reprint or adjust orders for customers needing last minute change or discovering an error in their design but they might be charged for the reprint depending on the situation.
