Refund Policy for PaperBloom Prints

Hey there, PaperBloom Prints friends! We’re all about making your printing and packaging experience awesome at our shop in Porterville, CA. This refund policy explains when and how you can get a refund for our services. We’ve kept it straightforward to keep things easy for you!

1. Our In-Store Services

At PaperBloom Prints (866 West Henderson Ave, Porterville, CA 93257), we offer custom printing and packaging assistance. Here’s how refunds work for these services:

Printing Services

  • Custom Orders: Since our prints are made just for you (like posters, banners, or flyers), we can’t offer refunds for custom orders unless we make a mistake (e.g., wrong size, defective print). If something’s off due to our error, let us know within 7 days of pickup, and we’ll reprint or refund you at our discretion.

  • Customer Errors: No refunds for issues like typos, wrong files, or design choices you provided. We’ll double-check your order details with you in-store to avoid mix-ups!

  • Unclaimed Orders: If you don’t pick up your print order within 30 days, we may dispose of it to save space, and no refunds will be issued. We’ll try to remind you first!

Packaging Assistance

  • Supplies: Boxes, tape, or other packaging materials you buy are non-refundable once used or taken from the store, unless the materials are defective (e.g., a faulty box). If something’s wrong, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll replace or refund the item.

  • Packaging Help: Fees for our in-store packaging assistance (e.g., helping you pack items securely) are non-refundable, as this is a service provided at the time of your visit.

Payment

All in-store services are paid for at the time of purchase (cash, card, or other accepted methods). We’ll give you a clear price upfront, and refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Future FedEx Shipping Services (Starting October 10, 2025, Pending Approval)

We’ve applied to become a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, and if approved, we’ll start offering shipping and drop-off services on October 10, 2025. Here’s how refunds will work if these services launch:

  • Drop-Off Services: No fees for dropping off pre-labeled FedEx packages, so no refunds apply.

  • Shipping Services: If you create a FedEx shipping label with us (e.g., for Express, Ground, or One Rate), FedEx’s standard refund policies apply. For example:

    • Refunds for lost or damaged packages are handled by FedEx, not us. File a claim at www.fedex.com or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.

    • No refunds for shipping costs if delays are outside our control (e.g., weather or FedEx issues).

  • Packaging for Shipping: If we pack your items for FedEx shipping, the same refund rules apply as above (non-refundable unless materials are defective).

  • Label Creation: Fees for printing FedEx labels in-store are non-refundable unless we make an error (e.g., incorrect label details due to our mistake).

These shipping services depend on our FedEx application being approved. We’ll update our website (www.paperbloomprints.com) when they’re live.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you think you’re eligible for a refund (e.g., defective print or packaging material), here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or service.

  • Bring the item back to our store at 866 West Henderson Ave, Porterville, CA 93257, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We’ll review the issue and, if it’s our error, offer a reprint, replacement, or refund to your original payment method.

For FedEx shipping issues (if applicable), contact FedEx directly, but we’re happy to help guide you!
