Welcome to PaperBloom Prints! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, www.paperbloomprints.com, and our in-store services at 866 West Henderson Ave, Porterville, CA 93257. By visiting our site or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. We’ve kept them simple and friendly to make things clear for everyone in Porterville and beyond!
1. About Our Services
We’re a printshop offering in-store printing and packaging assistance. Starting October 10, 2025, we may also offer FedEx shipping and drop-off services, pending approval as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter. These Terms apply to all our current and future services, whether you’re picking up prints or dropping off packages.
2. Using Our Website

Access: Our website (www.paperbloomprints.com) is hosted on Wix and provides info about our services. You can browse it freely, but you agree not to misuse it (e.g., no hacking or spamming).

Content: All content on our site (like text, images, or designs) belongs to us or our partners. Please don’t copy or use it without permission.

Chat Feature: If you use our website’s chat to contact us, we’ll use your email only to reply and won’t store it.
3. In-Store Services

Printing Services: We provide custom printing at our store. You’re responsible for ensuring any files or designs you provide don’t violate copyrights or other laws. We may refuse orders that seem inappropriate or illegal.

Packaging Assistance: We offer packaging supplies (e.g., boxes, tape) and help to prepare your items for shipping. You’ll pay for supplies and any assistance at our posted rates.

Payment: In-store services are paid for at the time of service (cash, card, or other accepted methods). Prices are subject to change, and we’ll let you know the total before completing your order.
4. Future FedEx Services (Starting October 10, 2025, Pending Approval)
If our FedEx Authorized ShipCenter application is approved, we’ll offer the following starting October 10, 2025:

Drop-Off: You can drop off pre-packaged, pre-labeled FedEx Express or Ground packages at our store.

Shipping Options: Choose from FedEx Express (e.g., overnight), FedEx Ground (1–5 business days in the contiguous U.S.), or FedEx One Rate (flat-rate shipping with complimentary packaging, if eligible).

Label Creation: We can help create and print FedEx shipping labels in-store. You must provide accurate recipient info, and we’re not responsible for errors in your details.

Package Requirements: Packages must meet FedEx guidelines (e.g., up to 150 lbs., 108" in length, 165" in length plus girth). We cannot accept dangerous goods or hazardous materials.

Returns: Drop off pre-labeled FedEx return packages from participating retailers. We don’t offer QR code scanning for labels—please bring printed labels or create them with us.

Shipping Costs: FedEx rates apply, based on the service and package details. No extra fees for dropping off pre-labeled packages.
These services depend on FedEx approval. We’ll update our website if they launch.
5. Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Provide correct details for printing or shipping (e.g., file formats, recipient addresses). We’re not liable for issues caused by incorrect info.

Legal Content: Ensure your print files or packages comply with all laws (e.g., no copyrighted material without permission, no prohibited items for shipping).

Payment: Pay for services and supplies at the time of purchase. No refunds for custom orders unless we make an error.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

Printing: We’ll work to ensure your prints meet our quality standards. If there’s an issue due to our error, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right (e.g., reprint or refund). No refunds for customer errors (e.g., typos in your files).

Packaging: Supplies and assistance are non-refundable once provided, unless we provide defective materials.

Shipping (if applicable): Once a package is accepted by FedEx, their terms apply. Contact FedEx for issues like lost or delayed packages.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide great service, but we’re not perfect! PaperBloom Prints isn’t liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our services or website.

Issues beyond our control (e.g., FedEx delays, website outages).

Errors in your provided files or shipping details.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
You own the rights to any designs or files you provide for printing, but you confirm they’re legal and don’t infringe on anyone’s rights. We may refuse orders that seem questionable. Any content we create (e.g., our website design) is ours, and you can’t use it without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms follow California law, since we’re based in Porterville, CA. Any disputes will be handled in Tulare County courts.
